Joseph P. Hildebrandt is the Managing Director of the Fund. He is
also CEO and Manager of H Venture Mgt, LLC, a venture capital management
group, and a Manager of the General Partner of the Fund. Mr. Hildebrandt
is also a Managing Director and principal of Phenomenelle Angels
Fund I, LP (the "PA Fund"), a fund primarily composed of
women investors and focused on women (and minority) owned and managed
businesses, and an owner of Midwest Venture Capital Managers, LLC
("MVCM"), a co-manager and co-owner of the general partner
of the PA Fund. Mr. Hildebrandt is a retired partner emeritus of
Foley & Lardner LLP, where he was Founder and Chair of its national
Emerging Company/Venture Capital Team. Mr. Hildebrandt has been vice
president of a small investment brokerage firm, is a manager, co-manager,
or partner in a number of small angel investment groups, and otherwise
has been active in the venture capital area in his personal and professional
capacities for over 30 years.
